Artist Alice Brink just released a new
set of Angel Greeting Cards with original artwork depicting 10 of
the 26 angels she designed. |
The cards,
representing different cultures, are photographic images of the original
14" x 9" 3-dimensional designs that were inspired by her
affinity with angels, and her family. Alice’s sister, brother and
cousin (all Italian/Scotch-Irish) married Phillipino, African American,
and Hispanics, and each have two children, and Alice and her husband
Keith adopted a Native American boy, making hers truly an
interacial/multi-cultural family! They call themselves the "Rainbow
Family". The artwork was created using different mediums such as
hand-made paper, paper mache’, acrylics, and cloth. Alice is a native
Kansas Citian, and is currently residing in nearby Liberty, Missouri. |
